**Designation - DATA SCIENTIST** **Location - Kharadi,Pune** **Experience - 2 to 4 Yrs** **Job description**: - Analyze and interpret complex IoT and mobile network partner data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. - Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data collection, transformation, and storage. - Collaborate with equipment development SMEs and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions. - Use statistical analysis to mine large datasets to generate insights. - Implement machine learning algorithms and predictive models to enhance predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization. - Develop and maintain REST APIs in Python to facilitate data integration and access. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to continuously improve our capabilities. **Education and Experience**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on IoT data. - Intermediate level data engineering skills, including experience with ETL processes, SQL, and data warehousing. - Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a must. - Experience with PySpark (and Databricks is a plus) for big data processing and analytics. - Experience working with REST APIs in Python. - Experience with MLflow for managing machine learning experiments is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non - technical stakeholders. **Nice to have skills**: - Knowledge of industrial IoT protocols and standards. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with industrial maintenance strategies. **Personal Attributes**: - Good at building & sustaining relationships with external & internal Stakeholders. - Passionate about future of technology and should be able to visualize the same. - Go-getter attitude and a strong drive to learn. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Shift allowance - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Data Scientist: 3 years (preferred) - data science, with a focus on IoT data.: 3 years (preferred) - Python and libraries: 3 years (preferred) - working with REST APIs in Python.: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
