**Freelance Graphic DesignerJob Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop original graphic designs that capture the essence of guerrilla marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and conceptualize unique design ideas.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Adapt designs for various formats and mediums as needed.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of freelance graphic design experience**.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, especially in the context of marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience in designing for digital and print media.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in guerrilla marketing and social media.
