**Position Overview**:
As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination. Your primary objective is to help students develop their English language skills and achieve their desired IELTS scores. This role requires a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching abilities, and familiarity with the IELTS examination format.

**Key Responsibilities Area**:

- Conducting IELTS preparation classes: Design and deliver comprehensive lessons that cover all aspects of the IELTS examination, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing modules.
- Assessing student needs: Evaluate the language proficiency and specific requirements of each student, and develop personalized study plans to address their weaknesses and enhance their strengths.
- Providing individualized coaching: Offer personalized guidance and feedback to students, assisting them in improving their language skills, test-taking strategies, and overall performance.
- Facilitating group discussions: Organize and moderate group discussions, debates, and role-plays to enhance students' speaking and listening abilities, as well as their critical thinking and communication skills.
- Monitoring student progress: Regularly assess students' progress through practice tests, mock examinations, and other evaluation methods. Provide constructive feedback and track their improvement over time.
- Maintaining learning materials: Develop or select appropriate teaching materials, including textbooks, online resources, and supplementary materials, to support students' learning objectives.
- Keeping up-to-date with IELTS trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in the IELTS examination, including changes in the test format, scoring criteria, and question types, and incorporate relevant updates into your teaching.
- Providing counselling and support: Offer guidance and support to students regarding their exam preparation strategies, study plans, and overall academic goals.
- Administering mock examinations: Conduct mock IELTS examinations to familiarize students with the test environment, time constraints, and question formats, and provide detailed feedback on their performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and question types.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience and adaptability to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

**Salary**: ₹9,694.56 - ₹26,520.83 per month
