**2-8 yrs of Techno-Functional hands on experience as a consultant or analyst working with Taleo. And should have Strong Talent and Recruitment domain business processes knowledge and concepts, must have TCC Knowledge with hands on, have additional Experience/ Knowledge on ORC(oracle Recruitment cloud) will have more preference, and should have BI Publisher/SQL/PLSQL Development Skills**
- **Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes**
- **Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving**
- **Knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, BI publisher, OTBI and Fast Formula would be preferred.**
- **Good written and spoken English communication skills -Required**
- **Willingness to work in Shifts is Mandatory**

**Experience: 2+ years**

**Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad**

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- TCC: 2 years (preferred)
- ORC: 2 years (preferred)
