- **Manpower request processing**_
- Responsible for processing Manpower Requisition Sheet to respective HODs and understanding the mandate/requirement of the vacant/new position.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating themanpower database for thefuture needs of the company.
- To build and maintain rapport with vendors (recruitment consultants).
- To ensure sourcing of profiles within approved budgets
- **Interview Process**_
- Post Recruitment on board activities - ensure employees are provided with their placing, JD, and overall employee satisfaction.
- **Joining process compliance**_
- Issue offer letters, compensation structure documents
- Collect necessary documents for employee verification

**Reports to be submitted**
- Weekly recruitment status
- Attrition rate of newly joined staff (Monthly basis)

**Qualifications and skills**
- 4+ years experience in a leadership capacity (e.g. management, etc.) Preffered
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
- Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor
