**Job Summary**

Provide Pre-sales counseling and advise the students regarding Admission Services Products of the company

Ensure higher conversion by being single point of interface with all customers

Ensure benefits and advantages of enrollment are shared with students

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Support enrollment process

Address questions on Visa, travel arrangement, legal requirements, documents etc.

Coordinate with respective team for the product services

Ensure good customer service & grievances management in consultation with Centre Manager

Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely updating on portal

Maintain inventory of students kit and ensure issuing to students as per process

Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads and referrals

Maintain confidentiality of data

Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timelines
Proactively up selling and cross selling relevant products

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Fluent English Speaker
- Strong Communication Skills
- Convent Educated is a plus
