**Job description**
Role:
The Admissions Coordinator manages all daily operations of admissions and enrollment management office logistics and must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Admissions Coordinator:
- Managing admissions enquiries and onboarding for the organisation.
- Organising and inputting information to databases.
- Planning and coordinating with the admissions team about events and other important dates.
- Maintaining excellent front-of-desk relations with clients and customers.
- Participates during events & stalls for admissions (in person, virtual, or travel)
- Day-to-day reporting to principal and management regarding office and admissions related tasks
Office Management:
- Experience in professional correspondence, newsletters and appointment scheduling
Other Duties as Assigned: Must be role-flexible
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, counselling or related
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role/sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enrolment/admissions software (SalesForce Education or other ERP systems)
- Efficient typing and data-capturing abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Multi-tasking and job-role flexibility.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during workplace disruptions.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
