Job Description:
As an Accounts Teacher for the secondary section, your primary responsibility will be to impart comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices to students. You will be tasked with fostering an environment conducive to learning, encouraging critical thinking, and promoting a deep understanding of financial concepts among students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop and enhance the accounting curriculum for the secondary section in alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Classroom Instruction:

- Deliver well-prepared, structured lessons that cover various topics in accounting such as financial statements, budgeting, taxation, and auditing.
- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure student comprehension.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to participate and ask questions.
- Assessment and Feedback:

- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student understanding and progress accurately.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance to help them improve their accounting skills.
- Offer additional support and guidance to students who require extra assistance to grasp challenging concepts.
- Classroom Management:

- Maintain discipline and order in the classroom while promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom resources effectively and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.
- Professional Development:

- Stay updated with developments in the field of accounting and education by attending workshops, conferences, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching techniques.
- Parent and Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, discuss concerns, and solicit feedback.
- Collaborate with school administrators and participate in parent-teacher meetings as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant teaching certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching accounting at the secondary level, with a strong understanding of educational principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering the academic and personal growth of students.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
