We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. As part of our commitment to your professional development, we will cover the expenses for a one-month comprehensive training course to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for this role. Additionally, accommodation during the training period will be provided at no cost to you. As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to our overall success.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
- Follow established quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate results.
- Record and document inspection and testing results, maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and provide guidance on corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate adjustments.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to prevent recurring quality issues.
- Provide support during customer audits and inspections, as needed.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth flow of information regarding quality concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record management.
