**Key Responsibilities**:_

- _Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards._
- _Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen._
- _Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control._
- _Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment._
- _Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards._
- _Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence._
- _Collaborate with management on food-related events and promotions._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Proven experience as a Cook or Chef or in a similar role._
- _Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred._
- _Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for cooking._
- _Excellent leadership and team management skills._
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure._
- _Strong communication and organizational skills._
- _Creativity and a keen eye for detail._
