Injection Moulding Technician

Injection Moulding Production engineer Based in the United Kingdom (England)

**Job Description**:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES
- Bench strip and rebuild moulds
- Working with external toolmakers / contractors to repair existing moulds
- Setting machines and setting ancillary equipment, hot runner, tool heater / chiller, assembly stations, robots
- Checking part quality at start-up and throughout run
- Implementing process improvements
- Fault finding mechanical / electrical failures within the safe scope of an individuals’ ability

Site Safety:

- Ensure all safety devices are in place and operating on machines
- Test fire alarm, fire doors, emergency lighting etc.
- Inspect or oversee the inspection of equipment including machinery, guarding, racking, lifting equipment, pressure vessels, PAT testing, oil heater, treatment works etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Time Served Apprentice who is ready for their new challenge
- Experienced Time Serviced Apprentice plus an Electrical background

**Salary**: ₹11,782.25 - ₹136,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
