- 17, Faridabad], we believe in creating a nurturing environment where young minds can flourish. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher (Mother Teacher) who will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring students through their early years of education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for both academic and emotional development of students in the primary class.
- Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students and provide feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure holistic development of students.
- Support students in their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child’s progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant qualification.
- Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, preferably in a mother-teacher role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with young children and foster a love for learning.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A compassionate and patient personality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Early Childhood Education certification.
- Experience with interactive and activity-based teaching methods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
