**Role** : Sales & Marketing Trainee
**Experience**: 0-1 Yrs
**Education**: ITI / Diploma/ Degree in Electronics or MBA (Marketing) in field.
**Job Location**: Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai.
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
**Salary**: Rs.5,000 K to 15,000 K stipend per month + incentives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Customers and Client Handling.
- Coordinate and Assist to the new and existing client across India.
- Able to learn Sending, Receiving, Replying E-mails of Customers, taking follow-ups of orders of Customers and Clients.
- Able to learn how to organised and build the client and customer databases.
- Able to learn how to do order execution in a timely manner
- Able to learn coordination with other departments to ensure material is dispatched and delivered on time to customers.
- Able to collect feedback from customer about customer satisfaction regarding product and service.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or Undergraduate in ITI/ Diploma/ Degree in Electronics or MBA (Marketing) field.
- Should have good computer skills in MS - Office.
- Good in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Organised and Responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving skills.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
