Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Administrative Assistant. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical administrative experience and develop essential skills in a professional setting. As a Trainee Admin, you will support the administrative team in various tasks, contribute to efficient operations, and learn the foundations of administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
General Administrative Support:

- Perform data entry, maintain electronic and physical filing systems, and update records as required.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Help with the organization and preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as assigned.

Communication and Customer Service:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing accurate and timely information or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with maintaining a positive and professional image of the company through effective communication and customer service.

Office Management:

- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure availability.
- Assist with maintaining office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners, troubleshooting minor issues, and contacting vendors for repairs as necessary.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment, including common areas and meeting rooms.

Support the implementation and adherence to office policies and procedures.

Learning and Development:

- Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop administrative skills.
- Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and systems to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administrative functions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
