An E-commerce Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an online store, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and optimizing the customer experience by monitoring website functionality, all while analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency across the entire online sales process.

Key responsibilities may include:
Inventory Management:
Tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, managing product replenishment, and optimizing warehouse space to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Order Processing:
Overseeing order confirmation, picking and packing, shipping label generation, and coordinating with logistics providers for timely delivery.

Supply Chain Management:
Collaborating with vendors, managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and optimizing shipping costs.

Website Functionality:
Monitoring website performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless user experience, and implementing updates to the online store.

Customer Service:
Collaborating with customer service teams to address order concerns, returns, and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.

Process Improvement:
Implementing new technologies and workflows to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to all relevant e-commerce regulations and policies regarding data privacy, shipping, and returns.

Team Management:
Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff, customer service representatives, and other operational personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills:
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Logistics expertise:
Understanding of supply chain management, warehousing, and shipping processes.

E-commerce platform knowledge:
Proficiency in popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce

Project management skills:
Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to achieve operational goals.

SEO and Digital Marketing:
Work with marketing teams to improve SEO, SEM, and content strategies.

Analyze marketing performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.

Excellent communication skills:
Effective communication with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.

Leadership abilities:
Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve performance targets.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
