- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Answer inquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Actively promote products and upsell related accessories or services.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to fulfill customer orders.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience in indoor sales, preferably in the plywood or building materials industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
