Material Management with real time stocks assessment at various storage locations. All the Materials going from Supplier locations to Installer's warehouse need stock verification and control.

The material transferred from Supplier to Installer need to have systematic storage, preservations and Inventory control measures. Presently this is left with the Installers where there are incidents of theft, damage and material shortage / Mismatch. The person responsible for the material Management will be taking care of this stock at various locations and will take measures for regular stock verifications and controls.
