**Job Title**: Executive
- Operations & Marketing.

**Working Time**: 10 am to 8 pm

**Reporting To**: Head - Operations.

1. Responsible for Bangalore Branch’s Daily Operations.

2. First and foremost, responsible to increase the footfalls and brand visibility in the Bangalore market.

3. To Organize all the marketing related activities to increase the foot falls.

4. Need to Closely work with Sr. Manager - Marketing and Head - Operations for all the ground work Marketing Activities for the Implementation and execution.

5. To ensure the branch is opened by 10am.

6. Need to arrange the health camps and Activities at all the Good Residential Apartments, Corporates, and Important Public gathering places.

7. To prepare for the day’s business by preparing projections/checking appointments of all Jayanagar & Upcoming New Centre’s.

8. To manage the leave, comp off and permission of all the Doctor’s and Staffs Co-ordinate with Head - Operations.

9. To handle all the patients queries and issues.

10. To Check all the Bangalore Digital Marketing Leads are Connected by the Doctor team as per the time frame.

11. To Check all the Lead, excel sheets and follow the feedback points mentioned by the doctors.

12. Need to closely work with Digital Team for running the new campaigns and posters related to Bangalore market.

13. To achieve the branch targets.

14. To monitor whether the appointments are properly met out.

15. To follow up the missed appointments.

16. To ensure the daily collection cash is deposited properly and regularly.

17. Need to prepare daily/weekly/ monthly reports and it should be sent properly to corporate office.

18. To manage the man power shortage.

19. To track the top estimated cases (Like 3 Month and above Packages Renewal and New cases)

20. To have a professional approach with all the Inter branch and Other Branch and Corporate Office Staff’s

21. To coordinate inter branch and Corporate Office for the Necessary Requirements.

22. To ensure the post treatment follow ups and treatment plan conversions are done properly.

23. To ensure the house keeping has completely cleaned the branch before the patients’ arrival.

24. To ensure the Front desk is in proper order.

25. To ensure the appointment list and the respective case sheets are kept ready

26. To ensure the staffs and doctors are all on time.

27. To distribute patient, follow up tracker to the Consultants and senior consultants for making follow up calls on daily basis.

28. To ensure all the branch’s closes by 8pm.

29. To ensure all the branch’s Signboard are switched on by Evening 5.30pm.

30. Need to travel other locations for the New Branch Opening purpose, for the regular Trainings and the Monthly meetings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
