**EON Master Trainer - Banking and NBFC (BFSI)**

**Position - Centre Trainer -BCBF**

**Pay scale - 30K - 40K gross.**

**Exp - Min 2+ years into teaching/training with knowledge in Banking & Finance.**

**It’s purely WFO role**. **The trainer will be reporting to our center in Thane (Loc. Will be discussed during interview).**

**Trainers are supposed to take both batches.**

**Work timings - 9:30am - 6:30pm (2 alt Sat’s off & Sundays fixed off) - 9.30am - 1pm (1st batch) 2pm - 5:30pm (2nd batch).**

**Excellent comm. skills.**

**Trainers should have their own laptop and Wi-Fi**

**Qualification and Work Experience**

**BBA, B.COM, M.Com, MBA/PGDM (Finance)**

**- 5 + years of relevant experience in NBFC and Banking Loans**

**- At least 2+ years of experience in training in NBFC/ Rural Banking**

**Deliver end to end training for trainees on Rural Banking, NBFCs and Financial Inclusion Products**

**- Deliver employability skills, life skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship and other livelihood related training that empowers youth to take up employment**

**- Deliver training using innovative methods including activity based learning, role plays, experiential learning and sports for development techniques and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training**

**- Conduct online video-based trainings with excellent platform skills**

**- Maintain reports and run the content on internal systems**

**- Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.**

**- Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level**

**- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.**

**Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment**

**Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement**

**Assisting students one to one in learning**

**Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts**

**Prerequisites**:
**- Strong hold in BFSI specially in NBFC**

**- Excellent training delivery skills both online and offline.**

**- Hands-on using or quick in learning internal tools/ systems**

**- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)**

**- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude**

**- Commitment and ownership**

**Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools**

**Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training**

**Proficient in MS Office**

**Critical thinking and decision making**

**Mentoring and Coaching skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
