**Job Title**: VMC CNC Operator & Programmer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Operation**:

- Set up and operate VMCs to perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, tapping, and boring.
- Monitor machine performance during operation, making necessary adjustments to tooling, feeds, and speeds for optimal results.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- **CNC Programming**:

- Write and modify CNC programs using G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
- Develop and optimize machining processes for new and existing parts.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to create accurate programs.
- Troubleshoot and adjust CNC programs to correct errors, improve efficiency, or resolve production issues.
- **Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on VMC machines, including tool changes, lubrication, and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with machinery, tooling, and programming to minimize downtime.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with engineers, quality control personnel, and other team members to ensure the production of high-quality components.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior operators and programmers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred (e.g., CNC programming, machining technology).
- Proven experience in CNC machining, specifically with VMC machines.
- Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and using CAD/CAM software.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and material properties.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,913.71 per month
