**Your Job
- Relevant experience in handling stores of Medium / Large size engineering company.
- Knowledge of receipts / Issue with physical involvement.
- Should knowledge of periodic wall to wall stock verification and method of perpetual inventory,
- Analytical approach for Physical count, summery with proper justification for identified gaps.
- Receipts and issue of material with knowledge of related documentation.
- Knowledge of preservation of materials.
- Awareness of safety hazards, MSDS, chemical, Oil and gas handling.
- Experience in subcontracting activities, Monthly reconciliation of material sent for job work.
- Awareness of materials loading / unloading activities with safety precautions, Vehicle and time management at receipt.
- Awareness of Lean management, 5 "S" activities, west eliminations, Kaizens, & ANBAN implementation.
**What You Will Do
- Having exposure in planning / scheduling activity.
- Knowledge of ERP (Infor LN 10.7 is beneficial).
- Prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance with
- minimum lead time which includes analyzing backlog.
- Conversion of planned orders daily to ensure demand is being reflected promptly.
- Coordination with vendors for sub-contracting activity and need to ensure for timely completion.
- Need to release shop package to shop in timely manner.
- Coordination of production flow across multiple products
- Involvement in Lean projects and/or proposals of projects and strategies to ensure continues improvement.
- Should have problem solving approach not for only problem highlighting.
- Should have knowledge of inventory management
- Computer Literacy (MS Office) is must.
- Exposure to ERP is MUST.
- Familiar with ISO standards & procedures.
- Awareness of legal compliance
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Data analytical approach.
- Team player, self-motivated, self-actualized and principled entrepreneurship.
- Good interpersonal relationship.
- Good in English and understanding of local language as well.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- DME / B Com. / Any Graduate + Diploma in Material management / Stores management
- 6 - 8 Yrs. Of Experience in Engineering company preferably in sheet metal & Pipes industry.
