**Job description**

1. Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration

2. Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets

4. Implementation of (GLP GxP Policy) Laboratory system control policy to ensure21 CFR part 11 Compliance

5. To perform software validation with Internal GLP Team and Respective service Engineer (IQ, OQ PQ) of new or existing Lab software and PRM challenge test

6. Configuring and troubleshooting Lab solutions software

7. Maintenance of Servers, Desktops, Laptops

8. Maintenance of IT systems such as Multifunction devices, PBX and Telephone, video conferencing solutions, fire alarm system and access systems

9. Administer analytical laboratory software systems, including the Lab Solutions, for GC, HPLC, GC-MS ,IR,UV,ICPMS and Analyst for LCMS systems and other software’s for back-up and archiving of analytical data

10. Excellent communication skills

11. Knowledge of investigation of incidents of computerized systems

12. Compliance of IT & across functional SOP (Backup, IT Inventory, User Management,

13. Equipment Software, etc....) Documentation (Change Control, CAPA, Deviation, Breakdown (Incident), On Job Training, Training need Identification, Issuance & Retrieval)
