**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for short-form video content.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into dynamic and visually appealing videos.
- Utilize trendy editing techniques, transitions, and effects to make our content stand out.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and text overlays to enhance the storytelling.
- Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to understand project goals and target audiences.
- Revise videos based on feedback and iterate for optimal results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube shots, etc.)
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media video marketing best practices.
- A creative eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
