**We are looking for Accounts Executive with knowledge to maintain day to accounts.**

**Experience : 1 to 2 Years**

**Location : Bhoopasandra, Bangalore**

**Salary : Rs. 18K - 20k per month**

**Availability : Willing to join Immediately.**

**Job Description**:

- Record day-to-day transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Preparing and maintaining of all the important documents and notes for further procedure.
- Manage and monitor the cash and cash equivalents transactions and maintaining working capital and liquidity.
- Generating reconciliation of bank, customers and suppliers account.
- Identifying transactions and performing closing
- procedure and adjusting entries.
- Generating the financial reports and cash flow statements and reporting to the top-level authorities.
- Maintain the stock register by observing the movements of stock.
- Examining fixed asset movements and computing the depreciation and other value reductions.
- Preparation of GST computation.
- Ensure deduction and payments of TDS.
- Correspondence with clients, suppliers, auditors, bankers and other related parties.
- Performs various other duties and activities as assigned by management.

**SKILL required**:

- MS Excel
- Tally, ERP 9
- MS Word

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English,Kannda (preferred)
