**We are looking for a Experienced Female in Front Office role.**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**. Minimum 1-2 yrs of experienced females will be given preference.**
- Help in creating the first positive impression of the organization with a professional and hospitable welcome.
- Ensure reception is clean and tidy with all amenities properly stacked.
- Handling incoming and outgoing couriers and posts.
- Act as a helpdesk coordinator by resolving or redirecting queries.
- Attending the phone calls and transferring to different departments.
- Supervising the Pantry, Housekeeping team & Peon.
- Ensuring IT/ CCTV maintenance timely.
- Organise cultural events and celebrations in coordination with HR Department.
- Experienced females are preferred with good communication skills.
- A refined interpersonal skill in a culturally diverse team is essential.
- Highly motivated with the ability to organize and work independently.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
