Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management: o Collect, process, and maintain organizational data from various departments. o Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the MIS system.
2. Report Generation: o Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for stakeholders. o Develop customized reports based on business needs.
3. System Maintenance: o Update and maintain the MIS system and databases. o Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT for resolution.
4. Analysis: o Analyze data trends and provide insights to management for informed decision making. o Identify discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
5. Coordination: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. o Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis.
6. Documentation: o Maintain records of data processing activities and system updates. o Prepare user manuals or guides for MIS-related processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced features like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
Experience with data management tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in MIS or a related role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
