As a Housekeeping Staff member at Nehamrit Farms, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment will enhance our guests' overall experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Room Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
- **Public Area Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and pools.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- **Laundry Services**:

- Manage and clean linens, towels, and other laundry items according to resort standards.
- Ensure laundry is handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
- **Guest Service**:

- Respond to guest requests and special needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide excellent service and accommodate guest preferences when possible.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and report on inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
- Assist with the ordering and stocking of supplies as needed.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required.
- Experience in a resort or hotel setting is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to [weight] pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
