**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MBA and BBA programs, drive student enrollment, and enhance the institution's brand image. This role requires creativity, effective communication skills, and an understanding of the education sector.

- **Student Recruitment and Admissions**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract prospective students for MBA and BBA programs.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions in schools, colleges, and coaching institutes.
- Collaborate with admission teams to achieve enrollment targets..
- **Brand Promotion**:
- Plan and participate in educational fairs, career expos, and industry events to enhance visibility.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers to promote the institution's programs.
- Coordinate the design and distribution of brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
- **Public Relations and Networking**:
- Build partnerships with industry professionals and alumni to highlight career prospects for graduates.
- Engage with media outlets to secure coverage of events and achievements of the institution.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to understand trends in education and competitor strategies.
- Gather feedback from students and parents to refine marketing efforts.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency in campaigns and events.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in education marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, CRM software, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.

- Number of student inquiries generated.
- Conversion rates of inquiries to admissions.
- ROI on marketing campaigns.
