**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To manage day to day activities and deliverables of stat val team including monthly reporting, data validation, economic assumption setting etc.
- To manage regulatory and board submissions.
- To manage other deliverables like IRDAI ALM, Economic capital, COG calculations etc.
- WPC activities including Policyholder bonus declaration, FFA management, Par TCF etc.
- To manage and coach a small team and ensure timely delivery.
- To ensure accuracy and quality of the deliverables
- 4+ years of experience in life insurance industry
- Qualified/Nearly qualified Actuary
- Superior actuarial technical skills and analytical skills
- Behavioral aspects: Competency to manage challenging tasks, planning, organizing and problem solving
- Able to work in fast-paced continuously evolving environment and ready to take uphill challenges
- Proficient with MS tools, Prophet, SQL
