**CCTV Monitor - Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring**:
Continuously observe and analyze footage from multiple CCTV cameras to detect any unusual or suspicious activity.
- **Incident Reporting**:
Document and report any incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activities to the appropriate personnel, such as security or management.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:
Ensure that all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly, including cameras, recording devices, and other security systems.
- **Safety and Security**:
Identify potential safety hazards and report them promptly to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- **Communication**:
Effectively communicate with security personnel, hotel staff, and potentially law enforcement during emergencies or when security breaches occur.
- **Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities, including incident reports and equipment maintenance logs.
- **Following Protocols**:
Adhere to established security protocols and procedures, including those related to VIP visits and emergency situations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Attention to Detail**: Keen observational skills and the ability to identify subtle details in video footage.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of CCTV systems and troubleshooting.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and write detailed incident reports.
- **Decision-Making**: Ability to make quick and informed decisions in emergency situations.
- **Stress Management**: Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security or surveillance is often preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
