- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Explain products or services clearly and effectively.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Confident, patient, and persuasive.
- Previous experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not mandatory.
