We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Scientist. As a Data Scientist at Scidecs Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects that drive meaningful insights from data, contribute to innovative solutions, and play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data-driven solutions.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex problems such as predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, trends, and anomalies in datasets.
- Utilize statistical methods to validate hypotheses, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to deploy models in production environments.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, guidelines, and knowledge sharing within the data science team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges.
- Experience with data analysis projects, internships, or personal projects is a plus.
- Certifications in data science, machine learning, or related areas are a bonus.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
