**Responsibilities**:

- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components as required.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and maintain power distribution systems, transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical infrastructure.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of all electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance activities and repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines while performing tasks.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with PLC systems, motors, and power distribution.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in industrial settings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with automated machinery and robotics.
- Certification in safety or electrical systems (e.g., NEBOSH, First Aid, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
