**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound leads professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
- Explain project details, location benefits, and investment opportunities convincingly.
- Maintain and update customer interactions and lead details in the CRM system.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure engagement.
- Coordinate site visits and assist the sales team in closing deals.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation efforts.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in **real estate tele calling/customer relationship roles**.
- Fluency in **Telugu, Hindi, and English** is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales follow-up systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
