3+ years of experience in a product company. Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage.

Who have a research-based approach to problem-solving and build meaningful products based on insights.

**Role & Responsibilities**

You’ll collaborate with Research, Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to create delightful & impactful experiences for our users. You’ll build products with a deep understanding of our users’ needs & transform them into usable designs by conducting frequent user testing.

You'll be able to articulate your decisions & solutions verbally as well as through sketches, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and functional prototypes.

Effectively use quantitative & qualitative data to drive decisions & measure success.

Communicate priorities and key design decisions with stakeholders with your excellent verbal, written & visual communication skills.
