**Responsibilities for 3d max and Vary expert**
- Meet with clients and vendors to explain project goals
- Efficiently create uniquely desirable, artistic and inspirational landscape designs.
- Prepare site plans, specifications and estimates, assist in material selection
- Use CAD to develop graphic representation of project
- Develop vendor relationships to achieve pricing goals
- Select materials based on client desire, budget and climate parameters
- Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to final plan
- Effectively uncover client needs and provide compelling solutions.
- Thoroughly perform site inventories.
- Accurately prepare construction drawings and takeoffs.
- Demonstrate and maintain a high knowledge of landscape trends, features and techniques

**Qualifications for 3d max and Vary expert**
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, required
- Must be creative and resourceful to fulfill customer needs within budget and climate parameters
- 6 to 1.5 year of experience in a similar role
- Should have material selection and stakeholder management
- Experience with 3ds Max and VRay expert. Knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion is an add-on
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient with computer aided design and drafting
