Interview Process:
Round 1: Need to perform a task to prove your Creative Skills in the office location.

Round 2: One-on-one discussion with Creative Director.

Kindly be professional and serious over each round.

**Skills**:

- Should be able to come up with Creatives and Innovative designs.
- Patient with the process of trial and error of the design
- Meeting client's requirements.
- Must have knowledge of the latest trends.
- Item packaging and instructional inserts
- Listing style guides for photos and renderings
- Item listing and lifestyle images
- Marketing materials

Requirements and Responsibilities
- 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred, and expert in Adobe Photoshop
- Fast learner, and able to “read between the lines”- able to understand marketing strategy and integrate copy and design to produce a polished product with ambiguity
- Eye for detail, with an emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- High organized
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred, and expert in Adobe Photoshop

Salary range: rs8000-rs15000
