In charge of all front desk operations

Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them

answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices

organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary

creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets

overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails

recording meeting minutes and dictations

performing an inventory of office supplies and order of need

Communication -Should have good written and verbal communication skill. English, Hindi

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
