**You will join our Water** **D**epartment**

As our new Assistant Landscape Architecture, you will be part of a global team of specialised landscape and planning consultants support the development of sustainable societies. BIM Modeller, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects team, is responsible to provide drafting support to technically challenging projects. Modeller would create 2D drawings and 3D models and shall be responsible for the technical quality of his/her own work and would focus on compliance with project objectives and quality standards. You will be part of a company working with international projects of all scales and sizes. From water sensitive urban design masterplans, concert halls and university buildings, public parks, biodiversity enhancement and restoration nature parks, headquarters, and sustainable housing, you will be a part of an organization with a creative culture and history of delivering award-winning architecture.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Produce landscape architectural work on Schematic and Detailed landscape architectural drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Develop detailed design and produce detailed drawings for contractors to follow for construction purposes.
- Will need to coordinate with team lead / landscape architects for draughting works in a given project.
- Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents.
- Exercises self-discipline and work ethics
- Respect and follow company policies and procedures

- Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture Professional with 3-5 years of professional experience related to Landscape Architecture or Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is essential, knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Civil 3D, Revit and Navisworks would be desirable.
- Good knowledge on BIM shall be desirable.
- Knowledge on bioengineering and sustainable landscape design principles.
- An appreciation for good design and robust knowledge of global projects.
- Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines.
- Committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience.
- Good level of written and spoken English
