**Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX, and software development, to identify, define, and prioritize data-driven initiatives in the contingent labor domain
- Develop and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring data quality and consistency across various sources
- Support the development and implementation of NLP and machine learning algorithms for text classification, text generation, regression, and forecasting projects by preparing and managing datasets
- Oversee data science and data engineering tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment
- Evaluate and validate the performance of production models, ensuring their continued alignment with stakeholders' requirements and expectations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into well-defined data science and data engineering projects
- Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, promoting data science and data engineering success across the organization

**Qualifications**:

- 3-7 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on dataset curation, ETL processes, and data engineering techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Azure, particularly in deploying and managing data and ML solutions
- Familiarity with MLOps principles, tools, and techniques is a plus
- Experience with NLP and machine learning algorithms is highly desired
