**MECHNICAL DRAFTSMAN / BIM MODELER**

Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions.
- Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning.
- Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM.
- Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation.
- Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)**:

- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Ability to create parametric families.
- Understand and work as per BIM Execution Plan/Project Standards.
- Effective communication in English.
- Excellent presentation skill
- Practical and Logical Thinking Ability
- Ability to create a drawing within given time
- Ability to remain patience and compassionate for challenges
- To stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines
- Attention to details
- Flexible to work in any timeline

**Technical Ability**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
- Strong knowledge in all MEP services

**Education & Experience Requirement**:
**Minimum - **Graduate in Mechanical with minimum 2 years of work experience as BIM Modeller

**Preferred - **Experience in Gulf or Western Country Project

**Trainings & Certifications**:Autocad/Revit/Naviswork
