**We would be happy to chat if you have**:

- Working experience with **Healthcare** **companies**:

- 6-9 years of professional experience in areas of risk, audit and compliance.
- Communicate risk policies and processes to the team/organization.
- Conducting compliance risk assessment training workshops.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews at regular intervals to ensure that compliance procedures are regularly followed.
- Following up on compliance issues that require investigation.
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
- Evaluating compliance systems and ensuring adequate tool/software (optional) is in place to automate audit.
- Excellent communication, presentation and Analytical skills.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Performing vendor due diligence for business functions.
- Assist in managing all external audits for all functions.
- Participate in process walkthroughs, document process flowcharts, identify key risks & mitigation controls, perform design & operational effectiveness testing, and formulate observations / key findings
- Performing internal reviews of built processes, review of facilities, warehouse, etc. to support business
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under mínimal supervision
- Team-player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment
- Must be comfortable operating in rapidly changing environments

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience with various industry standards/regulations / best practices (ISO27001, COBIT, Privacy Regulations - GDPR, etc.)
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CISA will be preferred.
