**About WonderLab**

WonderLab is a venture for children to experience science in a fun and involved manner. Our objective is to help children build a scientific approach that allows them to ask the right set of questions based on logic. We want to inculcate in them, a sense of wonder about how the world works. We dazzle them with mind-blowing experiments such as frozen flowers and giant bubbles leaving them amazed and wanting to learn more. We do this through various platforms by engaging with the parents, teachers, schools, and the kids themselves. Through our workshops and events, we give children and adults a chance to witness just how much fun science can be.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Intern** to join our team. You will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence by designing visually appealing graphics, editing engaging short-form videos, and organizing our media assets from events. This internship will provide hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing strategies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Design and Create Graphics**:

- Develop graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and adhere to style guidelines.
- Create templates for recurring posts, stories, and event promotions.

**2. Edit Short-Format Videos**:

- Edit videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Incorporate music, captions, transitions, and effects to make videos engaging.
- Work on quick turnaround times for trending content.

**3. Organize Media Assets**:

- Sort and categorize event photos and videos for easy accessibility.
- Create a structured folder system to store and retrieve media efficiently.
- Tag files for search ability and maintain backups of all media assets.

**Skills Needed**:
**1. Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and content best practices.

**2. Organizational Skills**:

- Strong file management and categorization abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain organized workflows.

**3. Creative Skills**:

- A good eye for aesthetics, color combinations, and layouts.
- Innovative thinking for creating fresh, engaging content ideas.

**Attitude Required**:

- **Proactive Approach**: Always ready to brainstorm new ideas and adapt to trends.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with the marketing and event teams.

**Note**:

- The applicants would be undergoing a hands on assignment in relation to the role to assess the skills required, along with a couple of interviews with the hiring manager in order to complete the hiring process.

- Type: Part time/full time internship in a hybrid model.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
