**_ Shifts at BAL Akurdi & if required at Chakan._**
- _Access Control of all persons, with special emphasis to Lady Employees, Visitors / Guests in complete premises of BAJAJ Auto Ltd, BAJAJ Vihar (if required at HDFC & Amruteshwar Colony)._
- _To conduct surveillance, identify threats, take-up preventive action to ensure security & safety of all Ladies._
- _Establish highest standards of visibility, so as to be approachable to all Ladies inside premises._
- _Audit all locations where Ladies work in Plant (incl rest rooms) & advise security improvements where required._
- _Keep self in high state of Physical & Medical Fitness to be able to physically evacuate an injured Lady to safety in an emergency._
- _Assist conduct of investigations to identify root-cause & advice preventive action in case of any incident._
- _Act as investigator & advisor to POSCO Committee where required. _
- _To take charge of duty post & attend to all duties of Secuirty & Fire Staff._
- _Reside inside BAJAJ Vihar & provide Security cover to ALL Ladies / Families residing inside BAJAJ Vihar, during duty hours & also in emergency during off-duty time._

**Competency Requirements**

Technical/ Functional: _**
- _Basic Security Trg Course of Defence / Police / Para Military Organization._
- _To qualify in Basic Written Exam for Security Professionals - an experiential knowledge based Questionnaire._
- LMV Driving License - Scooter provided for duties._
- _Preferred MSCIT Course or at least Basic computer skills for generating reports._
- _To qualify in Basic Physical Efficiency Tests benchmarked at BAJAJ Auto Ltd._
- To qualify in Company Medical Standards & be free of any ailment which can affect performance, viz:

- cardiac, diabetes, blood pressure & be psychologically fit to withstand stress of 8 hours physically strenuous duty._
- _To attend VIP Protection / House Protection Trg for providing support to Families / Guests._

- _Clear discipline record from previous organization._
- _NO negative Police record, Court cases, other distractions._
