**Design and Concept Development**: Create innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed plans, specifications, and 3D visualizations. Ensure designs meet project requirements, regulations, and environmental considerations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to define the design brief, project scope, and timelines.
- **Site Evaluation**: Conduct site visits and assessments to understand the context and environment, providing input into design considerations.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- **Construction Oversight**: Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timelines. Conduct site inspections and address any issues that arise.
- **Client Liaison**: Present design concepts and progress to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring their vision and expectations are met.
- **Sustainability**: Advocate for sustainable design practices, using eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient solutions, and green building certifications where applicable.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage all architectural documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, reports, and permits.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any design, construction, or regulatory issues promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to the project flow.
- **Budget and Resource Management**: Work within project budgets, assisting in cost estimation, procurement, and resource allocation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
