We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Web Designer to join our talented team and help us bring our client's visions to life. If you are passionate about web design and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, we'd love to have you on board.

As a Junior Web Designer at Astoundedge, you will work closely with our senior design team to assist in creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire web design process, from conceptualization to implementation, while gaining valuable experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in web design and is eager to expand their skillset.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and client objectives.

3. Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) to craft visually appealing and responsive web designs.

4. Work with developers to ensure the implementation of design elements and maintain design consistency.

5. Optimize web graphics and assets for optimal site performance.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills.

7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for design concepts.

8. Assist in quality assurance testing to ensure websites meet design and functionality standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2. A strong portfolio showcasing your web design work, including wireframes, mockups, and completed projects.

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

4. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.

8. A passion for web design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
