Titan is looking to hire an Associate People Operations based out of Mumbai to own and be accountable for the management of end-to-end HR processes.

Ideally, you will be an HR Generalist with a minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in the HR vertical, preferably in a Service/ IT industry or a B2B SaaS industry.

Role Overview*
You will be responsible for partnering across major Functions and Projects with HR Business Partners and Learning Partners to deliver all HR interventions. Additionally, you will also be responsible to own all HR processes and operations end to end for Titan, streamline and enhance employee experience from hiring to exit and create dashboards and reports to highlight key people trends to business leaders.

**What is the job like?**
- Understand the business and its stakeholders
- On-board new joiners and ensuring they have a WOW day 1 experience including facilitation sessions, documentation etc.
- Catch up with new joiners to get 30-60-90 day feedback and suggest improvements basis the feedback
- Manage performance review cycles along with the HRBP
- Analyse feedback for the current process and identifying gaps in the process and suggesting interventions to bridge the gaps
- Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence basis research on industry best practices
- Know the pulse on the floor and identify engaging and fun activities for teams including celebrations, employee connect meetings, cultural events etc
- Be the go-to person for employee queries on HR policies/processes
- Manage employee separation process which includes - Conducting exit interviews, updating records, sending out mails for clearances, explaining the process, handing over letters, processing EDP and ensuring exit feedback gets reviewed by HRBP and is sent to the employee’s manager within the specified TAT
- Provide assistance to Business Partner’s in routine activities and HR projects
- Handle all miscellaneous HR operations.

- **Awareness of industry trends and HR**: Keep abreast of industry knowledge and trends in the topics of culture, engagement, recognition, employer branding, and diversity & inclusiveness. Familiarity with key aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, appraisals, compensation & benefits, and exits
- **Team player and collaborator**:Able to work with a diverse set of individuals and teams comfortably. Believes in openly sharing knowledge and helping team members out and is enjoyable to work with.
- **Excellent communication skills**: Good persuasive and communication skills, employee-focused with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to lead meetings and presentations, and the ability to interface with all stakeholders with tact and diplomacy
- **Self-starter**:Self-starting, resilient attitude and highly proactive style of work, with a demonstrated track record of developing innovative approaches
- **Critical thinking**:Uses logic and reasoning to identify the pros and cons of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Thinks through every approach before suggesting or implementing it and weighs success of initiatives against impact created
- **Creativity**: Able to conceptualize event themes and design event creatives in partnership with the Visual Design team or using open source platforms like Canva
- **Good content writing skills**:Able to write or curate engaging and creative content for all internal cultural interventions, communication drives, and announcements
- **Tool proficiency**:Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets & Google Slides. Has an experience of working on HRMS tools.
