We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic **SAP & Oracle Fusion Trainer** to deliver quality training sessions for aspiring ERP professionals. The trainer should have deep functional and technical knowledge in both SAP (various modules) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, and should be able to provide hands-on, practical training aligned with current industry practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on **SAP** and **Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications** for students and working professionals.
- Develop training materials, case studies, and real-world project examples.
- Customize training programs as per different learner levels (beginner to advanced).
- Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, features, and functionalities.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and doubt-clearing sessions for learners.
- Prepare learners for **certification exams** and job placements.
- Coordinate with academic teams to continuously enhance course content and structure.

**Skills & Experience Required:SAP**:

- Hands-on experience with one or more **SAP modules** such as:

- SAP FICO
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP HCM
- SAP ABAP
- SAP Basis
- SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
- Good understanding of business processes and best practices in ERP.

**Oracle Fusion**:

- Expertise in **Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications**, including but not limited to:

- Oracle Financials Cloud
- Oracle SCM Cloud
- Oracle HCM Cloud
- Oracle Technical Modules (preferred)
- Experience with **Oracle Fusion implementation**, configuration, and customization.

**General**:

- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to teach complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Previous experience as a **corporate trainer** or **ERP consultant** is highly desirable.
- Exposure to **real-time project scenarios** and use cases.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in **Engineering / IT / Business / Finance / HR** or related fields.
- Relevant **SAP** and **Oracle Fusion certifications** will be an added advantage.
