Retail Sales Executive - Matunga, Mumbai

**Position**: Full-Time Retail Sales Executive
**Location**: Matunga, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-5 years in retail or counter sales
**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Shift Timing**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
- **Sales Achievement**: Drive sales by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining store inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Collaborate with the team to set up attractive product displays that align with brand standards.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with store managers and colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in retail sales, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury segments.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- **Customer Focus**: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- **Appearance**: Professional grooming and attire in line with company standards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
