**What you’ll achieve**
As a Data Science Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.

**You will**:

- Assist in building and maintaining Bayesian Marketing Mix Models to measure the effectiveness of media and marketing activities.
- Support data preparation, cleaning, and transformation of large marketing datasets (e.g., media spend, impressions, sales).
- Create visualizations to present data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Run experiments and model diagnostics to validate results and ensure robustness
- Work with cross-functional teams, including go to market teams, data platform team to implement data-driven solutions.
- Creating and maintaining custom built libraries.
- Maintaining version control of artifacts (Github)

**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in data science/computer science/information technology, or a related field.
- Exposure to Bayesian statistics through academic coursework, projects, or internships.
- Proficiency in R tidyverse and SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as regression, priors/posteriors, and uncertainty quantification.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Comfortable working with data: querying, cleaning, and transforming.
